Recommended Reading List

While Vancouver Rape Relief and Women's Shelter does not agree with everything that is asserted in the books below, we think our recommended reading list is a great starting point to engage with feminist perspectives on violence against women and other aspects of women's oppression. This list is not exhaustive by any means, but it is what we provide for our volunteer's training. Most of these books are available at your nearest public library.
